I just want to let you know that I have never had such a nice experience purchasing a vehicle. The salespeople I dealt with went behind there job to make it easy for me because my father took ill in another nice experience purchasing a vehicle. My 12 year old Acura suddently had major trouble. When I took it to the dealership, they handled the diagnosis quickly. Don helped me buy a new Acura TL with no pressure and at my pace. These guys are the worst. We bring our Acura MDX here for warranty service because they are closest to our house but I would never recommend them. First, the store and service center is ratty looking co for warranty service because they are closest to our house but I would never recommend them. First, the store and service center is ratty looking compared to other Acura dealerships we've been to. Next, we consistently get bad service and rude behavior. I get the feeling that they are annoyed by my presence even though I'm a paying customer. Finally they do a poor job. They always forget to wash the car after servicing it (had it there 3 times) and once I made an appointment to align the steering and fix some scrapes on the wheel. When I called 5 hours later to check on progress they asked me why I brought it in and then confirmed no one looked at the car yet (they forgot about it)! More

I wish all sales men/women could take lessons from Larry Snyder. He was not pushy, fast talking or any of the annoying habits most sales person has. He was so laid back and just let us talk about what we wanted and showed us what he had and then left us alone to look over the car and came back within a reasonable amount of time to ask if we wanted to test drive it. When we still had not decided, Larry still was not anything but kind and patient. We went and looked at other cars but the people were fast talking, liars and pushy. We came back to Larry because one, we liked the car, the price was better than any of the others, the car was in better condition, no hidden car fax report kept from us. We felt very blessed to have worked with Larry Snyder. I have never experienced a quick sale and purchased as we did with Nissan Accura. We were in and out of there with in one hour and a few minutes. We love our new car and want to say yes we would recommend this dealership to all of family and friends as long as you have people like Larry Snyder working there. More
