Made a weekday appointment with Roger to service my 2017 MDX. Was first in and thanks to Roger’s help was able to get out and to work timely. I contacted Acura of Glendale last week regarding an MDX I saw online. Karine immediately got back to me. I wanted more info and pics of the car I was interested in. She immediately texted me pictures and answered the questions I had. Since I live quite a distance away, we had scheduled an appointment during the weekend but I had to have this car. I walked in, yesterday Thursday, asked for Karine and she took care of me. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I did not have a good experience at another dealership nearby, so I was so pleased at Acura of Glendale. It was a seamless transaction and experience. I can’t say enough good things about my experience here. Dwight worked with me throughout the week via email and started my trade prior to my arrival on the lot.
