Brought a new RDX IN February, 2015, battery was dead on October 14, 2018. Asked the AAA service and replaced the battery.
Called RDX in Glendale, Sent a copy of AAA invoice, John is very responsible to follow up the issue, take all efforts to help me, even how to get my radio back.
