I went in for an oil change and asked for replacement of my tire valve cap which was missing on one of the tires, and "puff" they said they would put a new one on for me. Then as they ran the various tests, found my battery was not up to par, and asked if we wanted to put a new one in at this time. . . my husband is deaf and if he got stuck on the freeway because of a dead battery, he would not be able to get assistance. . it's important that the car is up to par and so we need it done. Thanks to your service department and Jacob, we are positive that our Acura will continue to run up to our expectations! Thank You More

Mixed Feelings Came here with the wife and wanted to purchase a new SUV. Ended up working with 5 different people which was very unusual.
