Because I work in Kailua, he also be able to get me a loaner which never happened to me when I came to Mercedes dealership for service. Came for servicing I had recently bought an MDX at another dealership and found out there was a recall on it. I actually booked through a number I got from Acura’s websi I had recently bought an MDX at another dealership and found out there was a recall on it. I actually booked through a number I got from Acura’s website and ended up booking at a dealer in California so when I showed up they didn’t have my listed. It wasn’t a problem, they were able to fit me in that day instead of having to return a different day to get work done. Frank was awesome and they made it quick despite me walking in. I was also able to get a good deal on my future oil changes (since I drive a lot of miles). Mahalo Frank and everyone else, thanks for getting me back on the road quickly. More
