Never in my life have I ever met such a knowledgeable honest and dynamic person. Since his name is not to the right on your screen... you have to trust me when I say, don't have anyone service your car except for Jimmy. When it comes to service consultants, I use to deal with Frank, but then I had the pleasure of meeting Paul Furtado this past service call. Wow... not only pleasant and helpful... when I went to pick up my car Paul gave me the bad news..... fix my car (which by the way is now ten (10) years old or lease a new car.... there standing with him was Thomas Mayaji (wax on ... wax off).... Thomas handled my first lease with the professionalism and accuracy while still putting me a ease for buying ... no leasing my first car.... Even with the help of Jimmy, who properly guided me Thomas anticipated my needs, answered them with expertise and got me into my dream MDX. Did I think I would be driving a new car?..... no way... but here I am. The best part of this story is my instructions I received from Jimmy when driving off the lot... He said... "I want you to look forward and not look back and say... I deserve this car and don't have any regrets" Kudo to Thomas, Paul, Ruben who warned me that 10 years is a long time to hold on to a car and of course Jimmy. More

Professional, courteous and timeliness. I received exceptional service from the time I entered the service area. I was greeted by name and directed to the waiting room. I was then approached by my service advisor Paul Furtado in a few minutes of waiting. He explained in detail the service and provided with an estimate. I also requested a test drive of a new Acura and he referred me to Thomas Miyaji. I did a test drive and Thomas answered my questions. When we returned to the dealership, my car was being washed and vacuumed, with the requested service completed. I was out of the dealership in about an hour. Very pleased with Acura of Honolulu. More

Professional, courteous and efficient My TLX was scheduled for a regular B1 oil change, tire rotation, multi-point service and car wash. Completion of the job was promised within 90 minute My TLX was scheduled for a regular B1 oil change, tire rotation, multi-point service and car wash. Completion of the job was promised within 90 minutes. That was achieved with efficiency and courtesy by Paul, the service advisor, and his staff. I was told that the new showroom is being constructed with a target of year-end completion. I hope that the customer lounge is also enhanced. Acura prides itself as a luxury auto dealer. However, the lounge and refreshment areas, though neatly kept, do not reflect that. More
Acura TSX I love my Acura's mostly because of their service. I have had 5 Acura's and because I am more of a preferred customer they treat me good and the old t I love my Acura's mostly because of their service. I have had 5 Acura's and because I am more of a preferred customer they treat me good and the old timers call me by my first name. You can tell the new people or people who don't really know you because they'll call me by my last name. I know it's out of respect or how their trained. But after a certain time if you want to treat me like your friend then ask me how I'd like to be called and treat me like your friend or get to know me as your friend. (a note to good business, I mean that if you can see my record then accordingly). So something that I'd like to bring up it that although it might be coincidently the AC on my TSX always seems to break after I pick it up after it's been serviced. It works when I drop it off but 3 times I had to leave the car to get the AC fixed! The second thing is very important to me! I have a TSX & RDX which I have serviced 8 times a yr. I don't want to fill this up after every cars serviced!! You may just be doing a job but X that by 8 X the 20 mins that you think that it takes to fill this out and then hopefully you'll understand what I'm talking about because I sent back a email about this so you'd know what I'm talking about but there was no reply just a reminder! Pls read and understand this note and the last two lines if you really are listening to your customers! More
