He was visibly frustrated with the inability to patiently explain the Acura Incentives I inquired about. His contradicting explanations and lack of knowledge of his own product further complicated my experience with this dealership. Patience is not his strong suite. Further insult was from the "Manager" Larry Davis who chose to sit behind the desk and not interact with me directly. Had he and Mr. Sato taken the time to explain, with patience, educate me further on the Acura advertisement I would have purchased without hesitation. I was in a position to purchase and ready to close this deal. More
