I brought our car around November and this is our third time taking the car that cost 35k in the shop. First two times we took it they didn’t give us rental talking about they didn’t have any car available time taking the car that cost 35k in the shop. Two weeks later no one call us and they have our in the shop for two to three weeks. Just on Saturday I picked up my car just to find out it still having the same issue after spending 4000.55 on it. And I do not fault Tyler whatsoever in this.someone in front of me had coupon. Myself and another client acknowledged we did not receive coupons - and we have been loyal to your group for 3 years since moving to IA. Tyler tried to explain why some people receive coupons and others not but this does not seem consistent in treatment of clients.in the end, he provided a 10% discount - which was greatly appreciated. Just felt he needed more support and across the board consistency with access to discounts. More
