Great, fast service with amazing customer relations It's always a pain to take time to service your car. I called Acura of Johnston in the early afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. The moment I walked in, each member of the staff was kind, courteous and had my car ready to get started. Within 10 minutes I had a consultation on the status of my car. Within 20 more minutes, I was finished. Check out was a breeze. Top notch from start to finish. More

No high pressure sales pitch. Chelsea greeted us in the parking area. Inquired as to what we were looking for. She invited us in and said she would return shortly. Excellent Customer Service I came in looking for a car and was only there for about 5 minutes walking around the lot when Jarrod came out to help me. I told him the price range I came in looking for a car and was only there for about 5 minutes walking around the lot when Jarrod came out to help me. I told him the price range I was looking for and he showed me some options. What I really liked about him is that he wasn’t pushy and actually cared about the quality of vehicle I was getting and wasn’t just trying to make a quick sale. Sejad also did an excellent job getting me the lowest interest rate he could and also gave me different warranty options that fit best for me. Acura went above and beyond to fix the minor things I wanted done before I purchased the car and I was very pleased with their dealership as a whole. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

Great Service. Little heavy on the text messages and emails I've always had a good experience with the service department. However, they do go overboard when it comes to sending text messages and emails. For I've always had a good experience with the service department. However, they do go overboard when it comes to sending text messages and emails. For a simple oil change appointment I will get 4-6 text messages and 3-4 emails. This includes messages at the time of scheduling, two more before the app't, and at least two more after the app't. My suggestion is to ease up on the messaging and constant requests for feedback. Could be a 5-star rating if their communication policy was a little less intrusive. More
