Written Internet price changed after test drive We have purchased many cars in Florida using internet pricing and never had an issue like with Acura of Orange Park. After test driving a new vehicle, We have purchased many cars in Florida using internet pricing and never had an issue like with Acura of Orange Park. After test driving a new vehicle, sales manager Joe Cutala came out (instead of the sales person) with a paper showing a price $4,000 more than what their Internet sales rep e-mailed to us. Once we showed Joe the printed e-mail that showed the sales price and the out-the-door total (including all fees and taxes) which were $4,000 less, he still would not honor it, instead came back with another quote that was still $1,000 more than the internet price. That made my decision very easy so we left. We'll take our business elsewhere. More

My recent experience was very easy, in fact, I did not want to go to the Dealership so Neil arranged everything online, sent me the stats, got the color MDX I wanted with the all wheel drive, set-up the financing and delivered the MDX to me.
