I recently bought 2 used vehicles from the Orange Park Acura location and the cars were great vehicles but the customer service my family and I recieved there was unacceptable. I bought a used 2004 Acura MDX: 105,265 miles. The inspection report and the carfax report shows good condition. I paid for the car and was too busy that dit not get the car inspected with Tire Plus u inspection report and the carfax report shows good condition. I paid for the car and was too busy that dit not get the car inspected with Tire Plus until a week later found out that the battery is dead after the Battery ED-18 Test: 00 CCA; the followings are all in the Replacement Required: Air Filter; Brake Fluid Flush (at the red mark 200); Struts; and Shocks. I called and talked to the salesperson (Andrew) and was told that he did not anything about that and that maybe the mechanic's fault? More

I have leased three cars from Orange Park Acura, the last two from Aaron. It is very pleasant working with him and I believe he does everything he can to help get the best deal for his customers. Went to Acura of Orange Park to see if they would fix my door handle cover that fell off. I was told by Wes and John that the part cost $22 and that they would put it on for no charge. After Wes looked at door handle cover that fell off. I was told by Wes and John that the part cost $22 and that they would put it on for no charge. After Wes looked at the car and we discussed the repair further he went ahead and had the Dealer cover the cost of the part and installed it with no issues. Business dealings this professional and courteous are hard to come by in this day and age. Wes and John took care of me and made me feel like a good customer, not just another service number as most dealerships do. I highly recommend Acura of Orange Park for any and all future dealings. More
