Ryan was prompt in meeting me when i came in (as is always the case in the service department). He was friendly and asked a number of questions when i told him what was wrong so that they would have t always the case in the service department). I have gone to Acura of Peoria for service or when there is a problem with my TL. I made an appointment with Vince Hancock to see if one of the motor mounts was broken but it was worn not broken. She reconfirmed my needs quickly and we were off to test drive. She was well prepared with several vehicles for me to try.
