Warning: Executed contract ignored. Unethical tactics and harassment by Sales Manager Terrance. Working with Joey was great—he was polite, respectful, and transparent. We verified my e Unethical tactics and harassment by Sales Manager Terrance. Working with Joey was great—he was polite, respectful, and transparent. We verified my exact payoff amount together, which he brought to the finance desk. That is when Sales Manager Terrance got involved. He came back with predatory offers—including a terrible 84-month deal—trying to take advantage of my situation. I rejected the offer and was ready to walk out. Fortunately, Joey went to the General Manager, who stepped in and honored the fair deal we actually agreed on ($0 down, 72 months at $599). We signed a final, legally binding Retail Installment Sale Contract (LAW 553-AZ-ARB-eps-14 11/23). Once the ink was dry on that finalized, executed contract, the professionalism completely vanished. Terrance left a message aggressively demanding $154 in un-contracted cash because of a back-office payoff miscalculation. When I called him back to address it, Terrance completely disregarded the signed contract. He became incredibly hostile, demanded extra money outside of our legal agreement, and repeatedly cut me off. He even tried to twist the situation by telling me that I owed the money to the lender and needed to "pay my debt," projecting their own financial negligence onto me. When I called him out on his behavior, he hung up on me. To make matters worse, after communicating with them about this issue, Terrance texted me back calling me a "liar" and threatening me with "recorded calls" that he would forward to the General Manager. Please do! The GM is the one who had to save the deal from Terrance's tactics in the first place, and the GM needs to see exactly how his sales manager treats customers to cover up math errors. Demanding off-the-books money after a Retail Installment Sale Contract is fully executed is unethical and legally baseless. The contract locks in the deal, and management cannot alter it later just because of a poorly calculated daily interest payoff. This bullying behavior is an absolute disgrace to this dealership. If you buy a car here, deal exclusively with Joey or the GM. More

After the change in ownership, I had lost confidence in Acura’s Service Department and started taking my vehicle to Honda. After the change in ownership, I had lost confidence in Acura’s Service Department and started taking my vehicle elsewhere. When I walked in and saw Matthew was back that was a game changer. He is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about his customers. He has a way of making you feel confident that your vehicle is in the best hands. Bringing him back was the best decision Acura could have made. Matthew is, without question, the best Service Manager I’ve ever worked with. Thank you for bringing him back where he belongs! More
I recently purchased a vehicle from Acura, Of Peoria, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very first person I spoke with, Sam in Sales, I felt like I was in good hands. I had s I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the very first person I spoke with, Sam in Sales, I felt like I was in good hands. I had so much doubt about whether I would even be approved because of my credit, but she encouraged me to come in anyway. She assured me they would do everything they could to help, and that meant more to me than she probably realizes. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Tyler, and he was just as amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and never pressured throughout the entire process. A huge thank you also goes to the Finance Manager. At first, I was discouraged and honestly thought things weren’t going to work out, but he made it happen. I left with a vehicle I never imagined I’d be able to own, and at a payment I truly didn’t think was possible. I also want to recognize the manager, Terrell, for helping make this such a positive experience. Every person I came in contact with treated me with kindness, respect, and genuine care. That’s hard to find these days. This car has truly changed my life. I’m no longer walking in the Arizona heat with my kids, waiting on buses, or spending four hours commuting just to get to work. You didn’t just sell me a car—you gave me independence, hope, and peace of mind. I can’t thank everyone at Acura, Of Peoria enough. I will absolutely be back when it’s time for another vehicle, and when my kids are ready to buy their own cars, this will be the first place we come. I will gladly recommend your dealership to anyone looking for honest people who truly care about their customers. I will cherish this car for years to come, and I’m so grateful for everything you did for me. More

Been a five year customer of this dealership and have received great service, except in this one instance. I also have a great service advisor in Cesar Castillo and that's why I continued to service my v received great service, except in this one instance. I also have a great service advisor in Cesar Castillo and that's why I continued to service my vehicles here for many years. In the past five years have spent nearly $20K servicing and repairing (body shop) both my Acura TLX and MDX both SH-AWDs. In May 2026, I purchased new tires for my TLX that had to be ordered. After installation, I was shocked that I had received two new 2026 tires and two 2024 dated tires and immediately mentioned this at the service level. This was what was ordered?? After a review I made, I talked with service manager and with no follow up received, I also contacted American Honda. Service dept says this installation is ok and American Honda informed me to contact dealer (purpose of this review). So nothing changed. Service dept said the 2024 tires were new. OK, but I didn't pay for 2- 2yr old "new" stored inventory tires that continue to age. I paid for 4 new tires (two that I did receive). A new set of four tires with 3 different DOT manufacturing dates that are many months to a over a year apart! Doesn't make any sense for a SH-AWD vehicle or even in the heat of AZ. This is the second set of tires I purchased at this dealer for my TLX and also purchased one set of tires here for my MDX and this didn't happen on my first two sets for each vehicle. I have continually purchased Honda vehicles since 1984 and Acura's since 1998 (at least 15 vehicles min total) and always serviced them at respective dealers, so I am very familiar with the Honda/Acura service levels. At this dealer, they have always been friendly especially that I was a continuing customer and they did do a good job. However, when I brought what I considered to be a valid complaint; it went nowhere. Have dealt with many dealers for years in FL, CA and now 2 in AZ and have always expected (and received) a high standard of service (and I am ok in paying for that). But don't feel that this time that was met. Once the 2024 tires age out after 5yrs post DOT date (in AZ), its recommended all tires be replaced on a SH-AWD vehicles. At 6K miles driven per year, all four tires would have to be replaced at 18K mi instead of my normal 30k. BTW, service dept. mentioned to me that DOT is not the sole measure of changing out tires...OK but the literature I was given only states the exceeding 5yr DOT date for recommending that my existing tires be replaced (in the AZ heat; I believe that). My MDX is due for new tires soon; not going to happen here. Its a shame that 5yrs of very good service gets tainted by just one incident of getting new tires and especially on how the dealership service manager, didn't bother to even call me back after our initial phone conversation where he would look into the issue. I may (or may not) continue to use this dealer for service (and new purchases); def not tires. Even if I do, as I still prefer Acura vehicles, the relationship has been strained!
