My husband and I both own Acuras. We regulary get our TSX serviced at Acura of Peoria and our new MDX was in need of its first service. I called and made an appointment for both cars to be serviced on a Satu serviced at Acura of Peoria and our new MDX was in need of its first service. I called and made an appointment for both cars to be serviced on a Saturday morning. We arrived and Ryan greeted us and knew who we were and what vehicles we owned. He said that they were experiencing unusal volume that day which was apparent by the busy waiting area. We have a toddler and need to bring her with us. We brought various toys and our ipad to keep her entertained but she was ancy. After 15 minutes into our wait, Ryan asked if we would like a loaner vehicle so that we could run errands and keep our very curious daughter entertained. He said they would call us as soon as the vehicles were ready. We went out and took care of a few things and we got a call earlier than expected. BOTH vehicles were coming out of the wash and we could pick them up ASAP! We were thrilled! We were so impressed with the service that we would come back again!
