As far as we are concerned, Mike King at Acura of Peoria is a five-star employee and person. I was blown away at the level of service. The waiting area was comfortable, and even had hot cookies. An outside shop that had recommended a differential fluid flush, and Ryan said they thoroughly tested area was comfortable, and even had hot cookies. I had the opportunity to speak with Vince in your service department and he was great. I am a Nissan Girl and decided to purchase 2008 Acura TSX. The information included parts, service, and oil changes etc. Vince was the 1st person I talked out of all Acura dealers in the Phoenix Metro area that was able to explain everything to me that I asked about my car even more. Plus advised me about an extend warranty that Acura offers. Because of his Service over the phone I will be traveling to the Peoria Acura to have my car service rather then go the other Acura dealer that is 2mins away from me. I brought my 2013 ILX in to be looked at for a quick check. Ryan was very courteous and helpful and Caleb (sales person I bought the vehicle from) even checked with the service technicians to make sure check.
