While my salesman was very friendly and pleasant, the tactics employed during the sales process were despicable. After agreement on price and trade-in were reached with the salesman, he return with a contract that included an extra $349 for zep tek a paint protectant, $599 for an undercoating, and $5 for tire disposal for new cars. $953 added to the sales price. When I refused the products, I was told they were on the car and could not be removed. I said I did not want them and walked away. They followed me and the items had been miraculously removed. Once the contract was corrected, I told them had financing. I was told I had to prove who I was. They asked for my SS# and had me sign another from which it turned out was for pulling my credit app, by deception. They did in fact offer me financing during the final paper signing. I’m sure I’m not the only one they do this to. I feel for the people who don’t catch their tactics. More
Very smooth transaction. I have always been pleased with this dealership and didn't even consider going elsewhere. I just recently after much thought and necessity purchased my Acura TL and I am absolutely in love. I had many concerns with purchasing a car, after having my Honda for 11yrs, but Caleb and staff at Acura of Peoria did not make me feel pressured and worked hard to give me a great deal. I am truly a proud new owner and I would recommend and return to this dealership. I feel I have gained a friend in Caleb, and I know he will continue to be successful at Acura of Peoria. More
This is our fourth purchase from this dealer and each experience has gotten better. We live 100 miles away so we deal on the phone, no surprises on arrival, and the finance piece took less than 15 minut experience has gotten better. We live 100 miles away so we deal on the phone, no surprises on arrival, and the finance piece took less than 15 minutes. The best ever. Doug is a salesman who delivers what the tells you he will. The dealership management works hard to make the whole experience a pleasant one also. We will continue to go back to this dealer in the future. More

So I have been in contact with two employees specifically at Acura of Peoria for the past 2 - 2.5 months, and I assure you the experience has been absolutely dreadful and painful. The initial visit was relat at Acura of Peoria for the past 2 - 2.5 months, and I assure you the experience has been absolutely dreadful and painful. The initial visit was relatively friendly and so were the follow up phone calls. After being guaranteed a lower pricing due to new models for a specific vehicle which were supposed to arrive within the next few weeks, I was convinced to go into the dealership to discuss a deal which had the potential to be solidified that afternoon. This is where everything went down hill.. I arrived at the dealership after being contacted with the same salesperson with whom I had been in contact with the entire process. He told me he would not be working that day but he assured me he would be there to assist in the dealing process. Upon arrival, I was notified that he in fact was not there at all. Please keep in mind, I am driving 45+ minutes to get to this dealership and I expect to see the same man whom I have been working with throughout this entire process. His manager then proceeded to tell me that he was unable to come into the dealership today because he was not able to find a ride to the dealership. After being told that, I finally decide that I will at least sit down and talk to the manager since I had already driven so far and out of my way to get to where I was. The manager then asks to be excused for a second and while he is gone, I receive a phone call from the salesperson whom I was expecting to see there. He then proceeds to apologize for not being there and tells me that he was unable to go in because he could not find a babysitter for his daughter. Clearly, one of them, if not both, is lying to me. Unfortunately though, that is only where the lying begins. So after being lied to, against my better judgement, I still decide to give them a chance to make their case and negotiate a deal with me. Within the first 30 MINUTES, the manager gives me a price of $36,000 even. This price was $700 less than my previous offer which was given 2 months ago. After stating that I would go home and consider his new offer, he begins to ask me how low I need to go in order for him to close the deal that very day. I tell him that I am not in a hurry to make a deal, but he continues to pressure me into naming a price. I tell him to name a price and he does so, but I tell him if he continues to go lower that we might be able to work something out. Eventually, his final offer is $33,000 OUT THE DOOR. I tell him if he can give me that price, then I will make the deal at that very moment. He goes back to talk to his general sales manager who then comes out and discusses with me the final pricing. We agree and shake hands. After this, I begin to sign the papers. Keep in mind, this is now 2 and a half hours into the process. While signing the papers, I notice that the numbers are now different. I ask to talk to the general sales manager again and he comes out and begins to tell me that the price we shook on was a sales price, NOT an out the door price. The final pricing came out to be $35,700, just $300 less than what I was given 2 hours earlier! Why would I waste 2 hours of my life had I known that I would only save $300 more? After this, I was so frustrated with them that I ended up leaving the dealership with no intentions of purchasing a car from them. 3 days after this incident, I receive a call from them. I get a call from the original salesperson with whom I had been talking to and working with for this entire process. I express the amount of frustration I was dealing with because of them and he assures me that they are sorry and that he will talk to one of the part owners in hopes of working out a deal. We hang up and 5 minutes later I receive another call from the dealership. This time, it is from the general sales manager. He tells me that he felt disrespected because I said he lied to me, which he did. He then points out the obvious and says that I am unhappy, and proceeds to tell me that he does not want to do business with an unhappy costumer. He then says he no longer wants my business. Absolutely unbelievable! In the end, my experience with Acura of Peoria was absolutely HORRIBLE and if they want to help their business, they should reconsider who they have sitting in the seat of general sales manager. He was the absolutely worst person to work with and I never want to purchase a car from this dealership in the future. I would rather spend an extra $2,000 at a different dealership with the satisfaction of working with people who are at least straightforward with me. The amount of lying that took place in this dealership was absolutely unacceptable. As a warning to anyone who reads this and may consider going to Acura of Peoria in hopes of doing business with them, I highly suggest that you consider going to Tempe or North Scottsdale. They will not try to pull the ol' "bait and switch" on you and rip you off an extra $2,700! More
