Columbus Day sale So I bought 2016 MDX last Saturday and Jason didn’t go over the car features. I left them a deposit $4000 . I got the car, used only Sunday to figur So I bought 2016 MDX last Saturday and Jason didn’t go over the car features. I left them a deposit $4000 . I got the car, used only Sunday to figure out it does not have the safety features I am looking for. I came back Monday, which is yesterday and they told me nothing can be done. Carlos the Financial manger helped me to do the switch. But he told me the dealer will charge you $495 as those are the documents fees that been paid to NY state and they are non refundable. The staff is polite, professional. I will call NY-DMV TO TRY TO REFUND THOSE $495 as the car tires in a bad condition and they need to be switched ASAP. More

Quality Service I brought my wife's RDX for tires on 7/25. All of the sevice people will try and assist you immediately. Eddie, Joe, and Neel are always great when I brought my wife's RDX for tires on 7/25. All of the sevice people will try and assist you immediately. Eddie, Joe, and Neel are always great when you arrive. Joe told me that Eddie Egan, who is the service manager by the way, went to help the mechanic put the tires on because one of his mechanics had a bad shoulder. I don't know anywhere else that you will find this kind of quality service and dedication to customer service. I appreciate their efforts everytime I come in. Amazing! Truly a face behind what Acura represents I had recently lost trust and felt unappreciated with a previous Acura dealer. I called Dan Flores at Acura of Wappinger and he introduced me to Brian I had recently lost trust and felt unappreciated with a previous Acura dealer. I called Dan Flores at Acura of Wappinger and he introduced me to Brian. All I can say is, what a game changer. I couldnt have felt anymore at home with them. There was no haggling or back and forth. Brian and his team granted all of my requests and made the process a breeze. Amazing experience all around. Completely satisfied with the deal and I love my mdx!
