I visited ACURA OF WAPPINGERS FALLS this morning with a flat tire. When attempting to fill the tire with air last night, the valve stem broke off and I was STRESSED out to say the least. I arrived at the flat tire. When attempting to fill the tire with air last night, the valve stem broke off and I was STRESSED out to say the least. I arrived at the service department first thing WITHOUT an appointment and the service staff was both welcoming and accommodating. They had my car in the shop within minutes and a diagnosis soon thereafter. I was delighted to learn the repairs would be performed under warranty with a free car wash to boot! This dealership will be the only one to service my vehicle from this point forward. Thanks so much for making a rough morning a great one! :-) More

Crystal was very attentive to my needs and exceeded all of my expectations. She was sensitive to my time constraints and made me feel like I was her only customer/priority when she was probably assisting of my expectations.
