Tony DellaPietro (GSM) made it ridiculously easy to turn in my Highlander early without owing a penny and gave me an aggressive lease deal on a beautiful MDX in the color I wanted. He made it easy for me to say yes! I did most of the negotiation with Tony over the phone because I already knew the numbers, met with him the same day and bought the car before I left the dealership. I got my car within the week! Pleasant Dealer Experience My wife and I were busy looking for a replacement for our TSX. Our initial stop by Acura of Westchester was to check out a TSX Wagon, and Julian answered all our questions. We went on to other dealers that day, and received a follow up call from him a few days later. I ended up stopping in to look at an RDX, and the shop was buzzing with potential customers. I wasn't set on the RDX, but Julian took time out to get me behind the wheel of a few different models, answered questions, and looked up whatever I wanted to know. The whole experience was professional, cordial, and lacked the general sleaziness we experienced at other dealers. Our interaction with Julian and the team at Acura of Westchester was stress free and we ended up buying an RDX. I wouldn't hesitate to send friends or family to this place. More

Amazing Customer Service & a Great Overall Experience I went in to Acura of Westchester with the hopes of leasing a new TLX or ILX but was unsure of where to start and whether or not I would be able to ob I went in to Acura of Westchester with the hopes of leasing a new TLX or ILX but was unsure of where to start and whether or not I would be able to obtain financing. I worked with Jonathan Zung and Christina Rossi. Mr. Zung was the most friendly and helpful sales person that I have had the pleasure of working with in a long time. He explained the different features of the cars, all my options and helped me make a decision on the ILX. Everything was explained in an easy to understand way that made my decision clear and I felt really good about it. They worked to get me the best possible deal and I was able to pick up my new car within a couple of days, although I came in at the end of the month and right before the weekend. The trade-in process of my old vehicle was seamless and I felt that I was being well informed of my choices and not being pushed into something I wasn't comfortable with. I would recommend Acura of Westchester, Jonathan Zung and Christina Rossi to anyone in the market for a new car! More
