Awesome customers service,very friendly,but professional, I was not a happy camper when I went to have my car serviced due to the air bag recall but the first salesman Mr meed that asked if he could help me c I was not a happy camper when I went to have my car serviced due to the air bag recall but the first salesman Mr meed that asked if he could help me came to my rescue and made my day.by 4pm I was taking possession of a new ILx as for Mr Piccirillo the finance director had me signing my Kilmarnock on a lot of papers and made it funny and got the best deal ever so go look for Mr Anthony Need and Alex at Acura of Westchester tell Ms H.Moore sent you great group of people. Frankie Ferraro We got bad news. Our TL was recalled for the dangerous Takata air bag. No replacement air bags available until summer 2016 or later. Went to Acura of We got bad news. Frankie took our TL paid the last 3 months of the lease off and got us good lease on a new RDX. Frankie is very knowledgeable & caring. I highly recommend him. More
