In the NYC area, we have several Acura dealerships to choose from that are a short drive from Manhattan. None has been better than Acura of Westchester. Over the past decade we have leased four MDX's from them. They have solidly been our best place for customer service and addressing our needs. I have used a couple of the others for servicing and they just weren't as accommodating in the service department. The lease of our vehicles have been smooth, too.
