From the moment I arrived, to the day I picked up my car everything went so smoothly. Jose was a dream to work with. I was not always the easiest customer yet he still maintained the highest level of professionalism to deliver exactly the car that I wanted. As a woman, coming into a dealership, I have always felt the need to have my guard up, but dealing with Jose made me comfortable and at ease! We didn't buy the car that day but left not feeling any pressure from our salesperson. This was a big factor in our decision.
