This was my 1st time dealing with this dealership and honestly they are my FOREVER go to Acura dealership!! I cannot explain enough how HAPPY I am!! The level of customer service in this place is AWESOME!! Matt is seriously the GREATEST cars salesman you'll EVER come across. Very up front and HONEST!!!! Honesty is the BIGGEST thing when buying or leasing a car and I definitely got it at Acura of Westchester. After wrapping the deal up with Matt I spoke to Diane in Finance and she was super pleasant. Excellent Rating for salesperson Brianna Tozzo has time and again gone way beyond the usual car salesperson experience and made the dealership look good. She runs a tight ship and Brianna Tozzo has time and again gone way beyond the usual car salesperson experience and made the dealership look good. She runs a tight ship and is available from start through finish and even afterwards, though she is never intrusive. However, she is always on top of things. I had looked at many cars and had just about given up. Brianna knew on my first phone call which MDX would be the right one to replace my still going strong, tho older MDX. Although I initially balked, thinking it was just a sales strategy, and tested another auto, Brianna was correct from the start. I highly recommend Brianna to have her own dealership in the near future; she is smart, savvy and knows what's going on with her clients. And she will stay with you even after the sale is done if you need anything! More
