Great Service and Experience at this Dealership This was my third deal with Acura of Westchester and like always, I was very pleased. At my recent visit, I wanted a second Acura for my household but This was my third deal with Acura of Westchester and like always, I was very pleased. At my recent visit, I wanted a second Acura for my household but it had to be a luxury car with a sporty feel and at least have a V6 and WD....all this with a certain monthly payment. The sales rep that made this happen was Jonathan Zung. I dealt with Jonathan on numerous occasions and he still seems to impress me every time I do business with him. I called him up on a Saturday and gave him all the details that I wanted and within hours he returned my call with a brand new TLX V6 WD with the Advance Package at a deal that was within my requirements. The pick up date was than scheduled for the following Thursday. But throughout the days, Jonathan kept me updated with the process of the car and even send me a picture once the car was ready for pick up to keep me excited. On pick up day, I met with Jonathan on the scheduled time and the entire paperwork process went really smooth. Jonathan took his time to review all the features of the car with me and made sure that all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Kudos to the entire dealership to always make their customer experience a good one. But a very big thank you to Jonathan for his patients, great service and communications skills and for being such a great advisor and sales rep. I would buy with Jonathan again and will definitely recommend his services to friends and family. More

Easy Quick Friendly Service Quick service appointment today, had been offered a loaner car but Alvin asked if I would prefer to wait and they would be done in about 45 min.
