My sales rep, Frankie Ferrara, went above and beyond from the point of contact to the delivery of my new Acura MDX! He was courteous, professional and made me feel like his most important client at all times. He stayed late for me at delivery and treated me like family! Felt like i was doing them a service. Just now that i think about it i am getting the same feeling as when i left the acura of westecvhester service center. Quick points: I was charged by the cashier $ 5.01 more than what i was told. The car w[as not vacuumed correctly; it still had paper and dirt on the floor mats and i even found an empty plastic bottle under the seat. No one told me my car was ready to go and they parked my car i like an idiot i was sitting in the waiting area. If it was not for my sales rep which kept checking on the service i would probably still be in the waiting area. Mr. Anthony Meed got the key for me escorted to my vehicle. Mr. Meed made my day stay afloat. Thank you. My car still had the valet parking tag hanging from the rear view mirror. It still had the plastic around my car seat which had some grease. It had the service paper on the floor over the mat. my key had another tag for their reference All these complaints and more i experienced in my first visit to the acura of westchester service area on septemeber 15 2015.
