Jose Crespo was my dealer and made the experience as comfortable as possible. i had just recently came from the lexus dealership not to far and did not have the best of service(maybe it was my backwards hat?) anyways Jose had excellent customer service skills and i felt that i was in control and was not being forced to buy. i came in to see an 09' TL and it was great but then i passed a '12 Tl in which i totally fell in in love with. i had about 10 cars that crossed my mind but i ended up buying the perfect one for me the same day. Second time as good as first I have now leased my second RDX.
