At most car dealerships, the salesperson disappears to talk to the Great Oz hiding behind a curtain. Then they come back with a ridiculous price. Ken Hicks was right there the whole time and beat a competitor by a few bucks. Dmitry spoke to me with respect, not condescension because I'm female. Great Service! I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura for over 2 years but yesterday I had a perfectly smooth appointment with Alvin. He was able to get me I have been getting my vehicle serviced at Acura for over 2 years but yesterday I had a perfectly smooth appointment with Alvin. He was able to get me a loaner after being told none would be available for weeks! He was very polite, helpful and personable, even giving my son a coloring book. He called in the time frame he said he would and even drove my car through the washer himself, as it was late and the car washers were gone for the day. I returned right before closing and Alvin was still there and still very courteous as well as the cashier Michelle. Safe to say I will schedule subsequent appointments with Alvin. More
