She went above and beyond to assist me in terms of what the best option for me would ultimately be, which was to lease the Acura ILX. She also took the time to help me find the best insurance company that would also give me the best rate. Good service I had a 2009 MDX that I bought somewhere else and now my new 2014 MDX that I now bought at Acura of Westchester because of Alvin. Alvin speaks Spanish I had a 2009 MDX that I bought somewhere else and now my new 2014 MDX that I now bought at Acura of Westchester because of Alvin. Alvin speaks Spanish so its easy for me to talk to him. I go to Alvin with any questions if car related or personal, if he doesnt know then he tries to help me get it another way. Vincent was easy to get a hold of, very responsive over email and the phone and when I ran into a few issues during the process, he was very patient as I worked though them. I love my RDX and would recommend buying or leasing from this dealership in the future. More
