Sales dept. sucks! I am the current owner of a 2006 Acura MDX. I am a loyal Honda\Acura customer. This was my third Acura in my life time. I have never been a client of I am the current owner of a 2006 Acura MDX. I am a loyal Honda\Acura customer. This was my third Acura in my life time. I have never been a client of Acura of Westchester and after today I never will be. I entered the sales dept. at approx. 11am. Curious of the new MDX and what it had to offer in comparison to the one I own now. I looked over the showroom vehicle, Sat in he vehicle , played w/ all the seat functions and looked under the hood. Really spent time with it. I then realized 25 mins has gone by and I was never greeted a "hello" or "good morning", never asked if I was being helped. The floor had many employees at the desks and walking right pass me but never making eye contact or making any effort to even let me know they knew I was even there. So, since I was so invisible I decided no one would notice if I left. Although, on my way to the exit I was sure someone would stop me and ask if there was something I needed specifically, but if course not. I got in my vehicle and left. If they are not even willing to say hello at the very least, then they are most definitely not deserving of my business. I of course will be sharing this with everyone I know. O yea, I now have an appointment w/ Charlie a salesman at Curry Acura. This after I entered their showroom later today and he approached me right away. More

Acura of Westchester made the car buying process simple. Buying a car was easier than buying groceries in the grocery store! They understood my needs and what I wanted to accomplish. I was treated with respect and professionalism (believe it or not, in this day and age, at other dealerships it was suggested that I come back with my "husband" to help me buy a car). Also, having open hours until 9 PM was a big help for me. Most (importantly) of all..... I LOVE my car! More
