Great experience I got to experience first hand what a friend of mine was bragging about. They weren't focused on hustling me or getting me into something I couldn't afford. They made sure to get me the lowest finance rates even if it meant driving back the next morning to sign new papers. I love my car but I love the experience even more. Thanks guys More

In great need of a sign or greeter in the service Dept I bought a car at this Acura Dealer and 6 months later my boyfriend also bought an SUV here. I've made an online appointment to change one valve, on a I bought a car at this Acura Dealer and 6 months later my boyfriend also bought an SUV here. I've made an online appointment to change one valve, on a tire that was leaking. I verified the time and information by phone the previous day. When I arrived, the Valet took information and told me to go wait inside. I noticed the service Rep. Angela wasn't at her desk and everyone else looked busy and pretty much ignored me as I walked by. 2.5 hrs later, i was wondering why a valve was taking so long! After inquiring I was told my car was outside untouched because I didn't registered for service. (This is my first visit Acura! don't assume we know the routine) Needless to said I was hungry, tired, and livid. Specially because I drove over an hour each way for service. My point is: Don't assume people know the rules, have a sign or a greeter directing you to register, this whole misunderstanding could've been avoided. More
