Overall, very positive experience from beginning to end. The staff is very efficient, very friendly and very comfortable to work with. Frankie Ferraro was my main sales person and I would easily recommend him but I can say that for anyone I encountered there - Liam Tully, who works alongside Frankie, was very helpful in the process and took his time explaining features of the vehicle, which are many and which are quite impressive. We briefly considered a new purchase or lease but that does not fit what we wanted at this time due to our intended usage, and at no point did we feel pressured to spend more or buy brand new although the options were all laid out. I bought a pre-owned vehicle that is effectively new; it has full certification, came with very low mileage off a lightly used lease, and was in excellent condition. And what a car, my first Acura and I already think I it will be a tough sell on anything else after having it for just a couple days. It helps too that this dealership has a full service center and is open 7 days, and they really, really stand behind their vehicles. More
