Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely recommend this dealership, and Kelly, to friends and family. The reason for the 4 in Friendliness was because Diane, who I believe works in financing, was much less personable than everyone else with whom I interacted (i.e., when I sat down with her she didn't say hello, introduce herself, or really look up from the papers she was about to hand me; she simply started talking about what I needed to do in order to pick up the car the next day). This contrasted greatly with the likes of Jose Crespo, who pleasantly greeted us at the door, and Danny Giannotti, who spontaneously came over to introduce himself and congratulate me on my new lease. But hey, 4/5 ain't bad! More

They had a huge inventory and the exact model/color/mileage I wanted in stock in a used car...rare. I even got a model year newer than expected.
