Acura of Westchester

Today I leased an Acura 2013 TSX. This was my first lease and first new car. I chose Acura of Westchester because my boyfriend had highly recommended them. In addition, I had accompanied him in the past when he had brought his vehicle in for routine service and was impressed by the quality of service he received, as well as the amenities that were offered to him. My boyfriend spoke to Mr. Hicks and explained to him what we were in the market for and what I wanted to spend. Mr. Hicks then paired us up with Ms. Ryder and told her what we were in the market for. Ms. Ryder then took me for a test drive. She was very knowledgable about Acura products and the services offered. She took her time to explain how the many features of the vehicle worked. I never felt pressured or rushed anytime during this process. She was friendly and professional throughout the whole process which was a breeze. They handled everything from getting me my license plates to notifying my insurance company. The only thing I had to do was to bring a certified bank check. She made the entire process a complete pleasure. I will definitely recommend Acura of Westchester to others. They made me feel like family. More
