He was extremely knowledgeable in the Acura field and was able to answer every single one of my questions without hesitation and with friendlyness even when I knew I was overwhelming him with questions. I then decided to drive to the dealer where I was greeted and welcomed by Mr. Fernando Gonzalez. Mr. Gonzales and Mr. Rodia worked together with such an amazing team work to put together the deal of the purchase of my new car. I have been a customer of Acura for 9 years and I can truly say that these two gentlemen are extremely dedicated to their job. It was the best experience I have ever had in the purchasing a vehicle. I will definetely recommend this dealer and both these sales man to my friends, coworker, clients, and family. I brought my Acura MDX 2004 in yesterday for a recall notice. While there I asked Sal to change the oil and change snow tires to regular ones, do an inspection and check 2 other minor items. I would buy another Acura just to have him as my service advisor. However, the charge of $110.60 is very high compared with Mavis on Mamaroneck Ave. ( $ 64.38) and Vincents Service station on Fenimore in Mamaroneck ($ 74.74) More

I bought an Acura TL this weekend. John Castiello did a magnificent job helping me get my specific request for TL. John was great with updating me with latest pics and car condition as it came from detailing. He had the car ready for pick up explained all options available. He followed up with me later in the week to make sure everything went smoothly. The finance office at the dealership also made the process worry and hassle free. They sent all the paper work overnight for me to get my plates in MA. I will recommend Acura of Westchester and John to anyone. More
