I just leased an Acura TSX working with Kelly Ryder and John Castiello and it was a GREAT experience. Kelly and John were both terrific to work with -- friendly, trustworthy, knowledgeable, competent, low pressure, and made the process very easy for me. They worked with me to make sure that the process ran smoothly, took care of the paperwork, and had the new car cleaned and ready on time. There were no bumps in the road or complications in the process. When I picked up the phone earlier today, Kelly took extra care to pair my phone to the bluetooth, make sure I knew how the systems worked, and send me off with a smile on my face and eager to enjoy my new car. This is the second car I have leased through Acura of Westchester and I would definitely use them again. More

When I finally made a decision to pursue the possibilities of getting a new car, it was recommended that I contact Briana Tozzo at Acura of Westchester. I called the dealership, set an appointm possibilities of getting a new car, it was recommended that I contact Briana Tozzo at Acura of Westchester. I called the dealership, set an appointment to meet with her and anticipated the date. On the day of the appointment, Ms. Tozzo called to reschedule, citing the fact that she wanted to give me her undivided attention. My initial thoughts were, okay here we go, but oh boy was I wrong. She was promptly finishing up with another customer and was free to work solely with me…I felt special and we had never met! There was no pressure, just professional, efficient attention to all of my questions and my interest in a particular model - the Acura ILX. Briana took time to explain the terms available to me and worked with Frank in the finance department to get me a great deal. I left feeling extremely knowledgeable and confident in my decision to continue my dealings with Acura of Westchester. On the day of delivery, my new car was clean and ready to drive out of the dealership. The Finance Department Staff (Kelly) was fully prepared, my paperwork was neatly typed and took they the time to explain all of the details and patiently answered my questions. I was never pressured and was always treated as a valued customer. I have found a “MY” dealership and will always return and I highly recommend Acura of Westchester when you are ready to get your next car. BTW - I Love My New Car!!! More

When I contacted Kelly, she immediately called me back with information on the vehicles they had on the lot. Then she followed up with a detailed email and finally, she continued to email me beyond busine with information on the vehicles they had on the lot. Then she followed up with a detailed email and finally, she continued to email me beyond business hours. We traveled from central connecticut to view their cars and were not disappointed. John made sure we knew all about the car, patiently helped us make our decision, took care of my 4 year old while we filled out paperwork and most importantly, offered us the best price for the vehicle we ultimately purchased. Kelly delivered our car and took the necessary time to explain every detail. I would certainly travel the distance for any service needs, as well as the purchase of any future cars. More
