We were very pleased with this dealership in general, and with our sales person in particular. We spent almost a year searching for a new car to replace our 5-year old one. Along the way, we test drove two different Acura models here at least 4 times. Our sales person was very patient with our indecision and did not apply any pressure. She was very expert on specs and performance, and answered all our questions in a helpful way. She also provided very clear information on the various available financing deals, and we were not surprised by any unexpected charges or fees when we took delivery last week. When our lease is up, if we decide to get another Acura, we would definitely go back to this dealership, and to our sales person if she is still there. Our enthusiasm reflects our happiness with the product, but we also found the whole process at this dealership very painless. More

I worked with Kelly for a couple days via E-mail/phone calls prior to meeting her in person. When I arrived at the dealership it was like we had known each other for years! She had the car ready, and wa calls prior to meeting her in person. When I arrived at the dealership it was like we had known each other for years! One minor quibble is that the dealer markup on accessories, which will be offered as you're wrapping up financing, is a little high -- which is fine if the acccessories need installation (for example, the side moldings we bought for our car), but for simple things like winter floor mats one could order directly from Acura for less. That said, overall experience was outstanding. My wife and I were extremely pleased. More
