One does not usually use the word "pleasant" when mentioning the purchase of a car at a car dealership but in all honesty it was. Let me just say this is what sets Acura and specifically Acura Of Westchester apart from all others. This is my second car from them my Father bought a car from them and is in the market soon not a hard guess as to where he is going to get it!!! I can honestly say that we would not have bought there if not for Liam. But the most amazing thing about Liam happened a full 2 1/2 years after buying our MDX, when just the other day the car had its battery changed and as a result was requiring us to enter a code in order for our navigation system to operate. We called Acura customer service multiple times, but to no avail. We called two or three local dealers to us, but no one was willing to take the time to really hear our story or do what they could to help out. On a whim, we called Liam at his desk at Acura of Westchester, and within maybe three minutes he had our code for us. Liam is truly a standout among all of the sales personnel I have worked with over buying many many cars in my day, and his dedication to top notch customer service really shows through during the sales process. I purchase a certified pre-owned MDX this week at A of W. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. Our Sales Rep., Anthony Meed, was the consummate professional. Anthony showed us all of our options and worked with us to make the best choice for our family. There was absolutely no pressure to buy - the products spoke for themselves. The price we paid was fair. Since I purchased, I have seen a few other similar vehicles listed at about he same price that I had paid. I feel that if I were more prepared to negotiate, I could have saved more considering that it was the last few days of the year. I was able to pick up the car the next day. The detailing of the car was just average - I think that it was rushed due to time constraints to meet my delivery time considering that the car needed to be driven to CT for inspection as well. Overall an awesome experience. I plan on having all of our service done at A of W because of my comfort level with the entire team, even though it is about an hour ride from home. More
