Between my wife, myself and three grown children I can say that we have purchased quite a few cars over the past 35 years (new & used). Her persinality, actions and follow through make you understand why she has been so successful in her chosen career. I've been working in the retail field for over 25 years and am extreemly critical of other establishments when conducting business with them. I suspect that we are all typically on guard when going to make a car purchase. Bad experiences seem to come to mind every time we start the car buying process. We knew what we wanted. David and the sales manager didn't waste our time getting coming up with a price proposal which was substantially better than other Acura dealers in the area. Most dealers leave you sitting around waiting and stewing believing that the more time you invest, the more committed you become. We were very happy the this dealer didn't subscribe to that strategy. My 2008 Acura TSX lease was up so I took a visit to Acura of Westchester. I originally got my TSX from DCH Montclair Acura in NJ but moved to the area recently. I brought a 2009 RDX and traded in a used car. I was in and out of there in a few hours. The pricing on RDX and trade was reasonable. But the service on phenomenal. I have dealt with Merecedes and Lexus d and out of there in a few hours. The pricing on RDX and trade was reasonable. But the service on phenomenal.
