My husband and I have worked with Shannon before for our car's routine service. I recently called because the shock absorbers in my trunk broke and the trunk would not stay open. She went out of her way to have my trunk fixed and have me come in at my convenience . Although I waited with my children, she had the car ready as soon as she could.
