The Integra that I raved about in my earlier review has since developed 2 check engine lights with less than 3,000 miles on the odometer and in both instances, their service department has pawned me off the dealership in Overland Park. I cannot in good faith recommend Acura's service department at this dealership nor can I vouch for them to have your best interest at heart. All they care about is the sale of the vehicle, God forbid your new car gets a problem shortly thereafter.
The folks that work here have set a new standard for dealerships that I don't think can be challenged elsewhere. Brian and his team redefined my entire perception of the dealership experience that has earned my loyalty to Acura as a brand. Brian was always on his A game every step of the way and made the entire buying process stress free and a core memory that I will always cherish. I love my new Integra and I can't wait to see what the future of Acura has in store.
