I got rescheduled after dropping off my car on the original date, after a service tech was injured. Because I have to transport summer tires to and from it made getting this work done on a separate da original date, after a service tech was injured. Because I have to transport summer tires to and from it made getting this work done on a separate date very inconvenient. I had to make an additional 3 to 4 trips. Both service techs were very friendly and easy to work with. The shop tech did a great job. This particular service trip was just made to be very inconvenient. And I found it rather disappointing that there was no offer of compensation to offset the inconvenience and added cost to me. More

I like how the service department let me come early for my oil change and service. They were very thorough and explained what they did.
