We had been referred to Samantha by the Walser BMW location and I am so glad we were, she was very knowledgeable about the features in all models and seemed to anticipate questions before we even asked them. At no point were we given a “hard sell” she was always professional, knowledgeable and welcoming. Later in the buying process we had our 9 year old and 3 year old join us for the test drive and while we were doing paperwork she had paper and crayons ready to keep them busy. I look forward to working with her in the future and love the fact that she is only a text away if we have a question. More
