Worth driving from Colorado to Kansas When my wife found online the nearly new car we have been looking for all this year in Wichita, we had a tough decision on if it was perfect enough fo When my wife found online the nearly new car we have been looking for all this year in Wichita, we had a tough decision on if it was perfect enough for us to buy sight unseen and worth a 500 mile drive to go get it. I made an online inquiry about the car, which was promptly replied to by both Customer Specialist Samantha Abbot and General Manager Matthew Kowalski. That question was followed by several more questions, which were all quickly answered via email. We got all the information needed including details on any costs associated with the sale, like taxes and fees. The car was just what we wanted and the price was right so we were ready to but. We hit the road on the next weekend and when we arrived at the dealer, Samantha had the car all ready for our final inspection and test drive. Samantha also had everything ready to go for the documentation to close the deal quickly with no extra pressure. Her professional approach and cordial nature made for our best ever dealer experience. So literally in less than 1 hour, we were done and hit the road for the long ride home back to Colorado Springs. More
