I wish they would have said, I’m sorry, we cannot or do not service your infiniti. It took from 8-11AM for a simple oil change. The cabin air filter was unavailable at the time of service and the signal f not service your infiniti. It took from 8-11AM for a simple oil change. The cabin air filter was unavailable at the time of service and the signal for the oil filter to be changed was not reset. I realize there are two items to reset for oil AND the filter, but this reflects a lack of attention to detail that I do not expect from a dealership experience. I am sad that I will not be recommending a return to the service department. They knew I was waiting. Just a waste of time. The young man who checked me in was pleasant and eager to help but his hands were tied. I expected a better experience from the dealership we purchased the used car from which is why we sought out the service department. More
