Worked with Keith as he had a vehicle I was looking for. When we spoke, I explained exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. Keith worked with me and within 2 hours had a proposal lined When we spoke, I explained exactly what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay. The other ask was to be in and out as fast as possible given my 3 hour drive back and the process always seems to drag on. When we arrived, Keith had the vehicle, the paperwork and all other requirements completed and ready for me. I was there just over an hour vs. my last experience at another dealer which took about 5 hours. Well worth the drive and the business. I would definitely return to Adams Jeep! Don't forget to ask for Keith! Also, Finance department is always painful to deal with as you just want to leave, get in your new car and get on the road. Instead you're stuck listening to the finance manager drone on and on about things you have no interest in. Not this time! Jason was articulate, prepared and shared the most important things with me and I was done with Finance in under 15 minutes. Another outstanding example of customer service! More
