I will continue to go elsewhere for oil changes. Everywhere else (pepboys and AAA) have included tire rotation and wiper fluids and antifreeze/coolant in the price. I had to pay extra for the tire rotation at Adams which isn't a huge deal but it would have been nice to at least had fluids added to my vehicle. Will not return for routine oil changes. More

Staff is always great and helpful and takes care of all my needs. Only thing they can improve on is not over inflating my 35 inch tires to 35 psi. Although that might be the OEM spec for the original tir my needs. Only thing they can improve on is not over inflating my 35 inch tires to 35 psi. I had my vehicle in for an oil change on Thursday the 26th of December. The next day my husband drove my vehicle to work and had it overheat. When he checked the radiator reservoir he realized it was emp 26th of December. The next day my husband drove my vehicle to work and had it overheat. When he checked the radiator reservoir he realized it was empty. At that point he fill with coolant and phoned Adams service and made an appointment to drop off at 1pm, Friday the 27th. We decided to take it straight there and drop off earlier so they had plenty of time to evaluate. I called back that afternoon At 4pm to see what the issue was and they said they still hadn’t evaluated it yet. (My appointment was at 1pm and had dropped it off earlier at 1030am). Elizabeth called at 522pm, and said that the radiator had to be replaced. I then requested a rental because I had purchased the mopar maximum care warranty that included rental coverage. She then stated that unfortunately it probably wouldn’t be covered for one day. My husband then came home that evening and we decided to call mopar to see about our coverage and they stated that there already was a an authorization in for the radiator and that all Adams would have to do is add the rental to the authorization. As we would be covered for up to 5 days for a rental. Saturday the next morning my husband contacted Adams with this information and John stated that unfortunately he was only authorized for a 1.75 hour job and that we were unable to get a rental for more than 1 day. ( keep in mind they have had it for a day already at this point ). So after that conversation my husband called back and stated that he would like to have a rental then set up for Monday the 30th. John said that is fine but he was going to try to have the job completed by the end of day Saturday. My husband said that would be great. We received no new updates for the remainder of Saturday keeping in mind that this was only a 2 hour job? Monday morning came and I called Adams about the rental for that day and they said enterprise opened at 8 and we headed there. When I got to enterprise they stated that there was no authorization in the system for a rental even though my husband requested it to be set up for Monday a few days before, there wasn’t one in system. I then called Adams at which point John stated he was unable to update because he was locked out of system due to incorrect password???? Enterprise then stated they would attach the reservation once it came through all I would have to do is pay up front for it then I would be credited back no later than Thursday the 2nd of January. So I did what they recommended and went to work. I then called 345pm to check on status and Adams claimed it would be ready at 5pm. Keep in mind it was only a 2 hr job. I then received a call at 458pm already en route claiming they would need it for an additional day. (I was actually 2mins away from Adams my job is about an hour away with traffic and needed to be at my second job that is 45 minutes back from Adams in the direction I just came from) so I wasted time and gas driving to Adams to only find out they needed an additional day. At this point they have had my vehicle for 4 days (3 actual shop working days ) for a 2 hour job. To top all of it off I still haven’t been credited for the rental and haven’t had a follow up call back after leaving a message with enterprise. I gave them 2 stars because I haven’t broken down yet since service so that’s a positive. My husband and I are open to recommendations on a service department that may be better qualified in handling warranty work in the future as we both have the mopar max care warranty on our jeeps. Thanks for your time and hopefully improvements can be made. More
