Including a newer soft top and rear heavy duty tire carrier and I’m still missing the rear break light carrier. I did ask for my old one and they didn’t find it, because they didn’t know where it was. The guy say: “I’m just the service guy” Not to mention that I was literally the first customer and the last. The service guy, say that he will call me the next day after he verify with the technician and –he did not. He didn’t ask for my information so I was anticipating this. I did feel like he doesn’t care about my problem or my concern about the missing parts. I really still want my old rear lights carrier back, since it was in a good condition. Also, the newer tire carrier should include a new one. They also didn’t give me my old Soft Top in the beginning. I did ask and they provide me with my old top. Which they make a big deal to just give it to me and one of the sales man ended helping me... I’m so disappointed and I hope to someone contact me to resolve this. More

We just stopped to look at the lifted Jeeps knowing that our next one some day would be a Gladiator. So we wanted to see if you could afford it right now. We would have waited another year but Marcus wouldn't let us go till we had the keys. We are so happy we could afford it now. We'll be back for our next trade in ! More

will never do business here again I owned an 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, with 149,000 miles. In October 2017 we had extensive repairs done at Adams Jeep of Maryland for $4,028.00 I owned an 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo, with 149,000 miles. In October 2017 we had extensive repairs done at Adams Jeep of Maryland for $4,028.00. mileage was 135613. On May 19 2019 I had work done at Adams Jeep of Maryland in Aberdeen Md. The Jeeps mileage is now 147,125 The remarks on the bill was that the Tech found codes in the system for faulty wheel speed sensors in rear hub bearings. Tech replace both rear wheel bearings and speed sensors. Parts were $636.78 and labor was $650.00. Tech also noted that he checked over rest of suspension components and found everything in spec. No other issues w/suspension at this time.(This is relevant because less than1300 miles later the struts had to be replaced). Total was $$1340.89 On 30 July 2019 more work was done at Adams Jeep of Maryland. Numerous problems were found. The mileage is now 148,444 The Tech found fight rear axle seal leaking Tech replaced . Cost $232.12 Tech found transmission wire harness adapters and transmission pan gasket leaking, Tech replaced harness adapter, trans pan gasket and fluid.Cost total $566.92 Tech tested vehicle and cound code for faulty #6 coil . Tech replaced #6 coil. Recommend replaced spark plugs, the replaced spark plugs. (significant. Coil pack fails on August 22) Cost is $391.96 Tech found code for right rear speed sensor failure, Tehc replace right rear wheel bearing( speed sensor part of hub bearing) parts and labor $568.80. (this is significant because they did the same thing in July. ) Total of this trip to Adams is $1599.74. Upon review of the 2 above bills, I discovered that they had charged me for the same work 2 visits in a row. I asked them to review and they did refund me $801.00 after a 2 week wait. They assured me that this was just a “mistake” on their part and probably a faulty part that failed. At this point, after buying 2 vehicles from them, and being a loyal customer for over 15 years , I have lost all confidence in Adams Jeep. Just days after getting the billing situation rectified, my jeep was due an oil change. We researched and found a new mechanic to do the oil change. He requested that my husband come to the shop and look at the struts which were in dire need of being replaced. Believing the Jeep was fixed we had Strut put on for $989.11. Remember the technician at Adams, on 19 May stated that he checked the suspension and it was fine. In reality the stops were broke off and the struts were totally rusted out. Also the #6 coil pack that was replaced on July 30, 2019 is now misfiring. The mileage now is 148,925. We did not have the new mechanic do anything with the misfire and drove the Jeep directly to Adams for them to take care of. This is maybe 10 miles. We were notified by Adams that the head is cracked and it would be $3800+ but they would “give us a break” on the labor hours charged. We declined and Adams charged us $500.00 to diagnose the problem that I believe was created by their poor repairs. Either the head was cracked when they originally did the coil pack, or the coil pack was bad and when it went out for the second time it cracked the head. Either way it was caused by shoddy repairs by Adams, that they do not acknowledge. Also on the paper work for the Jeep the mileage listed is now 149,070. The actual mileage on the car is 149,009. That is still over 75 miles from when it was at the other mechanic. Did they drive it when it should not have been and caused the head to crack? More
Outstanding Customer Care I was looking for a specific Cherokee and Keith went out of his way to find me EXACTLY the car I wanted (after I was able to pin down exactly what I w I was looking for a specific Cherokee and Keith went out of his way to find me EXACTLY the car I wanted (after I was able to pin down exactly what I wanted). He and Jeff knocked themselves out finding the car which they located on the Eastern shore. They sent a driver 3 hours each way to get the car back to Aberdeen by the next day. The car was detailed and waiting for me within an hour after hitting the dealership. Fact is: it had a tow package (that I really hadn't specified) and Jeff was gracious enough to absorb the extra cost. To add even more goodness - I received an additional discount rebate I wasn't expecting. Just to be clear: this was at no markup. They also knew there wasn't a chance to add to the sticker since I was taking advantage of a fixed price fee over invoice from my employer. I can't say enough about Keith and Jeff and what they did to get the car in my hands. Working with Mike to take care of the finances was also easy (as usual). There was no high pressure to purchase add ons I didn't need. That means a lot. I've bought three Jeeps from Adams now (two of the them from Keith). It's great to deal with a great team of folks - I'd bought a used Jeep from Marcus a couple days earlier and it was just as pleasant working with him. I should also mention John. He's been my goto service advisor for years and always treats me well. It's really a pleasure dealing with the folks at Adams - they do everything they can to keep their customers and keep their customers happy. More
