I currently reside in New York state, a I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Keith Cook in regard to a 2018 Golden Eagle, Jeep Wrangler. I currently reside in New York state, and unfortunately have had poor experiences with dealerships in-state. However, through some research I found the exact Jeep I was looking for at Adams Jeep of Maryland. I spoke with Keith via email and over the phone, he was professional and incredibly helpful in making me feel comfortable enough to drive 150+ miles for my new vehicle. After driving 3.5 hours to Maryland, I finally met Keith. We had a short conversation to talk numbers and details regarding my vehicle and to my surprise he not only qouted my current trade-in vehicle at Kelley Blue Book value, but he was also quick and expeditious with my paperwork because he understood my travel arrangements.
