Great service as always We do most of the work on our vehicles ourselves but we had Adams do some custom work on our Wrangler that required aluminum welding on the custom whe We do most of the work on our vehicles ourselves but we had Adams do some custom work on our Wrangler that required aluminum welding on the custom wheel well liner. They also rhino lined them. Turns out that Hyline coats their liners to keep them shiny and the rhino liner peeled off. Luckily John Louks is friends with the guys at Hyline so a quick call figured that out and he re-did the rhino lining free of charge. They also fixed a more worrying issue that was causing "death wobble" because the tire-rods and balljoints were shot, and that was all covered under the extended warranty. We only use Adams whenever we do need dealer service. I learned my lesson trying to go to other places and having bad work done that always ended up having to go to Adams to fix anyway. More

Service without an appointment. The orange light came on in my car and I didn’t know what it meant. Adams said stop in and we will look at it right away. Also, I asked to see Wayne, the mgr. of the dealership and they said he was off. But, as I was walking around I saw him there. (His off day) I said hi, and said I thought you were off. He said it is my off day, but I always come in to make sure everything is running ok. Quality Service the 1st time. Jeep service visit I recently brought my Jeep in for service due to the check engine light coming on, and a rough engine idle. Turns out it was a bad fuel injector. It was fixed the same day and was able to pick my Jeep up later that day. Adams has always taken care of me, which is why I've had them service my Jeep for 10 years now. Reliable dealership with outstanding service department. I have purchased 2 Jeep's at Adams. The first was a Jeep Liberty 2004 which my grandson still drives. Second was a Jeep Cherokee 2014.
