Victor is the Man! I visit Adams Jeep frequently to take care of all of my Jeep needs. I have always been impressed with the quality of their service and how "down to Earth" every member of their staff is. This is my FOURTH time buying a Jeep from this dealership. Victor was incredible to work with and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was extremely patient on test drives, personable, and did his best to find what I was looking for on the lot. Victor was incredibly "down to Earth", I never felt pressured, and when he didn't know the answer to any questions that I had, he went and found someone that did know the answer. In addition to this, John Loucks (from the services department) also spent time with me explaining warranties, extra features on my newly purchased vehicle, and provided additional information to help me feel comfortable with the sale. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle (especially a Jeep!) to visit this dealership. The entire staff is welcoming, easy-giong, and extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and Jeeps in general. More

Part of that experience presented a problem with the check engine light periodically coming on/off, and the speedometer fluctuating from zero to sixty for seemingly no reason. I refused to take my jeep to a "Dodge Jeep Chrysler" dealership and searched for the best Jeep specific place I could find; and along came Adams Jeep. John (service rep) at no charge, took three minutes to identify and fix the problem, which was the battery leads being incorrectly placed. To me, this showed the knowledge level and professionalism of a shop I'd like to continue doing business with in the future. Good or Bad, all i'm looking for up front service and no sh*t assessments! More

As for the salesman Victor. He was amazing to say the least he dealt with my wife my daughter (5 years old) and myself for six hours getting us not only approved for a jeep but a brand new one. He got us into what was suitable for our family and was more then willing to answer any questions we had. He even stayed two and a half hours after they closed to make sure we are satisfied. When I am ready to buy another vehicle I'm looking for him. More
