The service that was needed they did complete and the jeep is working well at this time but it has not been 24 hours as of yet. The customer service is completely unacceptable. Our 2013 jeep grad Chero jeep is working well at this time but it has not been 24 hours as of yet. The customer service is completely unacceptable. Our 2013 jeep grad Cherokee had air conditioning issues. Adams was able to give us an appointment first from all of the local dealer we called. So Monday morning the jeep went to Adams, the owner was told parts had to be ordered, they would have them by Tuesday and he could get the jeep back on Wednesday or Thursday. No word from Adam's by Wednesday afternoon so the owner called, was told the jeep would be finished by the end of the day. The owner said great I'll pick it up in the morning. Thursday morning, the owner called again just to be sure the jeep was ready. No, they are recharging the system it will be ready after lunch. Around 1300 the owner called again to see if it was ready, and was told yes sir you can pick it up at 1500. The owner loadly question what the issue was, first was told morning, then after lunch now 1500. The response was oh sir we are cleaning the fingerprints so it looks nice. The vehicle has black interior you can't see any fingerprints. The owner asked if the repairs were finished, the service person said yes. The owner said I'm on my way to pick it up, the service person said no problem I'll have it out front waiting for you. It took us about 45 minutes to get to Adams, we live in Joppa and chose the wrong route to get to Carson Run, traffic 🤯. We got there, the owner went in to pay, I looked for the jeep, no where to be seen. The owner came out and then one of the workers came out and said he would go get his jeep, that is when another worker drove up in a red wrangler and drove that worker onto churchville road, towards 95. Both of us standing in the parking lot of Adams, waiting. In about 5 minutes the red wrangler comes back, still no signs of the 2013 jeep that we are waiting for, another 5 minutes goes by and now coming down churchville road is the 2013 jeep. This was certainly not out front waiting for us. At no time was there any communication from Adam's, the owner had to keep calling to get information. This is not appropriate customer service. We did not buy the jeep from Adam's and do not regularly have it serviced there, we had a time sensitive issue and they were able to see it first. Will use them again if the occasion arises but will be prepared for their poor customer service. More
